WXtoImg Installation and Quick Start Guide
Windows 95/98/ME/XP/2000/NT/Vista/7/8 Installation and Quick Start
- Download the latest version from here
- If a previous version of WXtoImg is running, exit the program before installing or updating to a new version
- Double click on wxinst21011.exe and follow the instructions
- Choose programs->WXtoImg->WXtoImg from the start menu
- Enter your location when prompted
- Select File -> Update Keplers
- Read the Required Calibration information and follow the instructions
Mac OS X Installation and Quick Start
- Download the latest version from here
- If a previous version of WXtoImg is running, exit the program before installing or updating to a new version
- Double click on WXtoImg21011 and follow the installation instructions (if it doesn’t start automatically)
- Open the Applications folder, then open the WXtoImg folder and double click on WXtoImg
- Enter your location when prompted
- Select File -> Update Keplers
- Read the Required Calibration information and follow the instructions
Linux RPM Installation and Quick Start
- Download the latest version from here
- Login as root
- If you are using a graphical user interface double click on wxtoimg-2.10.11-1.i386.rpm the choose install or update/upgrade
- Choose Applications->wxtoimg from the start menu on the taskbar
- Enter your location when prompted
- Select File -> Update Keplers
- Read the Required Calibration information and follow the instructions
- If you are using a command line interface, run one of the following
- rpm –install –force wxtoimg-2.10.11-1.i386.rpm
- rpm –upgrade –force wxtoimg-2.10.11-1.i386.rpm
- Next, do one of the following
- From the command line run xwxtoimg or wxtoimg -G
- Choose Applications->wxtoimg or Other->wxtoimg from the start menu on the taskbar
- Enter your location when prompted
- Select File -> Update Keplers
- Read the Required Calibration information and follow the instructions
UNIX/64-Bit Linux/FreeBSD/etc. tar.gz Installation and Quick Start
- Download the latest version from here
- To install WXtoImg on Linux and UNIX operating systems, type the following command
- gunzip < wxtoimg-linux64-2.10.11-1.tar.gz | sudo sh -c “(cd /; tar -xvf -)”
- To begin using WXtoImg, attach a cable between your receiver output and your sound card input, then type one of the following commands at a shell prompt
- xwxtoimg
- wxtoimg -G
- Or choose Applications->wxtoimg or Other->wxtoimg from the start menu on the taskbar
- Enter your location when prompted
- Select File -> Update Keplers
- Read the Required Calibration information and follow the instructions
